Process for Requesting Mission Dollars

Thank you for your interest in Missions work. To request funding from Providence Baptist Church, we kindly ask all applicants to complete and return our request form. Please include any brochures or additional information that would allow us to better understand your organization, its mission, and its need for funding.

Return the form to the church office and place in the Missions Committee Box, or mail to:

Requests are generally considered on the first Wednesday of each month. Expect to receive notification of the committee’s response after the request has been reviewed.
